SaveDL provides Instagram downloaders, a profile viewer, an AI caption generator, a font generator, a link in bio builder, and educational blog content. All tools are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Permitted Use

  • Save Instagram Stories, posts, and Reels for personal offline viewing
  • Use our caption and font generators for your own social media content
  • Create and share a link in bio page for personal or professional use

4. Prohibited Use

  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Violate Instagram's Terms of Service
  • Harass or harm others
  • Automated scraping or mass-download
  • Commercial redistribution without permission
  • Circumvent security or access private accounts
  • Illegal activity or overloading our servers

5. Intellectual Property

The SaveDL website, including its design, logo, blog content, and code, is owned by us. All Instagram content remains the intellectual property of the respective creators. Captions generated by our AI are provided as suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing.

6. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaveDL is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaveDL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaveDL from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

SaveDL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
